This place exceeded our expectations. The price was very reasonable. The mattress was comfortable and our rooms clean. The view of Lunenburg was fantastic too. We even got after hours service with fresh towels as we misunderstood some information about room service and being gone all day exploring the area. They came by in the late evening to supply extra towels for us. We had a wonderful experience.
Stayed 1 night. Yes rooms are dated but beds are comfortable. No AC in rooms so might be a little problem in summer but screens on doors and fans in rooms. If you are looking at high-end amenities this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a quiet area and a million dollar view and can deal with lower end amenities then this place is amazing. There are BBQs available to cook if you dont want to eat out or the golf course to eat at. You would need a car if you have any issues with walking. Great pub about a 15 minute walk called TallShip brewery, Excellent beer and an even better view of town don't miss this for a night visit. You can pay 300 a night in town with maybe a parking space and no view or you can stay here for way less $ and be glad that you stayed here. This motel reminds me of a cabin rental at a national park where its clean but you dont have all the perfect amenities. I would definetly stay here again
We had a queen bed with a kitchenette and it was very clean and comfortable with amazing views. We had a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and the usual plates and cutlery. The views from our deck of Lunenburg were absolutely beautiful as were the sunrises. It is a short drive to town or about a 15 to 20 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again.
The views of Lunenberg Harbor are beautiful. It's an easy walk from the hotel to downtown Lunenberg - a little over a mile and takes about 25 minutes. You can swing off onto the Harbor Trail to avoid a hill too. Lots of great shops and restaurants. The property is older so don't expect anything fancy. It's clean and comfortable. There are grills if you wish to cook out too. Good place to stay while visiting Lunenberg, NS.
Topmast Inn was a great place to stay while in Lunenburg. The view is spectacular from all directions. There is a great patio area to watch the golf course and enjoy the Lunenburg Harbour from. The rooms are basic but fully kitted out and spotless. Stay here !!
The view was beautiful, the room was very clean and comfortable. Our bed was comfortable. I enjoyed having our own kitchen. Cost is amazing for what it offers. My only critique is people may find it dated, I like comfort over aesthetics. It is hard to rate service as you are given an entry code and we never really met anyone connected with the motel.
Beautiful motel...great view and staff is amazing. Feels like home stayed from May 21/25 for 6 nights. Very safe and clean. Will stay here next time we travel through. Thank you for an amazing holiday
